Comparing benefit packages

I've just been offered a new job and trying to compare the proposed benefit package with my current package - in real terms - isn't straightforward. In particular car allowance v company car benefit.

Is anyone aware of a tool which can help with this, or can anyone add any advice?

This was asked a few months ago and I wrote a spread sheet for it, a few people used it and sent me PM's to say it was usfull, it was put on google, somewhere, if you can't find it Pm me an email address i'll email you a copy. I do't have acches to my archive files at the moment to tell you where it was put on google.
