I'm a QS, was in a progress meeting with a principal architect on Wednesday, she was saying that they advertised two positions a few weeks back, and got applications from directors for senior positions, and applications from senior architects for graduate positions.

Industry is in a st storm. Though thankfully we seem to be doing well, probably as we're mostly public sector.
