Very nice, I saw Ryan was doing his magic on this. Are you local?

Live in central London. Can't stand BMW Parklane or their aftercare so deal with North Oxford exclusively and thus I'm always up there 😂

I am just venturing out in mine for a run this morning. Wet roads and Cup 2's so caution required.

600 miles in so half way to being run in.

That's the best spec I've seen yet - really really nice.

I was offered one yesterday. Apparently a few cancelled orders and they are physical cars. If I don’t take the slot it will go back to BMW.

Basically I declined on the basis it’s a really nice car but the premium over a CP is just too big. The CP is just short of a good suspension tune (litchfiels, birds) from a proper proper car. And the other tweaks are mainly cosmetic and not sure worth the 30-40k difference.

It’s not like a GT4 versus the vanilla caymans. In any case, might live to regret it but it does not feel like a CSL was to the normal M3 so to speak. And the fact they are struggling to allocate cars is telling. Shame. At 60k it would have made more sense than 75k.

How much did they want for them?

Absolutely spot on.
£60k is far more realistic.
I’m on the hunt for a nice M2 Comp myself.
Coming from my MK7 R Golf stage 2 of course BBK, suspension done Um now looking for more of a weekend car which will be a keeper until I’m too old for such cars!
I did consider a nice low miler M4 Comp but I’ve yet to try either.

An advert for a new unregistered black M2 CS with carbon ceramic brakes for £73k ish instead of £85k at Berry’s Heathrow.
Rang up to to place a deposit but was told the car was sold.

Strangely the car is still advertised today but now fir £85k ish

What’s going on?

No I rang them again and they said the car was sold.

I asked when and why is it still showing available for a higher cost? They couldn’t answer the question !!

It was an error. The car was already sold to a customer and shouldn't have appeared in the central stock list.

Perfect spec too.

Not sure whether that is true, as I was told that a customer had ordered it and had been waiting 12 months for delivery.

However on Wednesday morning he rang to cancel as he was relocating abroad!!

Then then secured a sale on the car a few hours later.

Oh well. I trust my source, dealt with them for many years. But you may trust yours. Who can tell hey? wink

Anyhoo, shame it's sold. The finance figures even offered a £4.5k contribution.

From your sources when was the car sold? Was it sold the the guy who originally specced it or did he cancel?

My only source were the 2 salesmen who I spoke to whilst trying to place a deposit on the car.
