I'm useful on the spanners, but I'm not sure this is a car to DIY spanner on..
smile I work on my Z4M, although on a thread on the Z4 Forum a few months back it's clear that I'm in the minority among owners. I think the cars are still too new for many to risk servicing themselves for fear of resale value or warranty, or are just not owners who want to get their hands dirty (not intended as an insult to anyone btw). Engine bay access from above and below is good and all the routine services including inspection valve clearances are within the realms of a decent diyer without the need for a lift.

Enjoy, cheers, Dave

Did you buy it in the end? Was it a roadster or coupe?

I'm considering selling mine which has nearly 2 yr approved BMW warranty and just had an inspection 2.
I could be in the market for one of these if you are considering selling. If you are, please feel free to PM me. Thanks.

Nice, very nice!

You said I've also replaced the ... stereo buttons (the originals can go a bit sticky with age). How? I'd like to do mine.
