Thats lovely. GLWS! Can you post a link here, or no?
Glad you asked because the advert was automatically put in the 6 series section and not M6. https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/12780848

Well i've picked up the car from BMW in Cheltenham, who have a fabulous array of old BMW/s in the showroom - owner of the group is a Collector, and that's where my car has come from - his collection. That explains the low mileage.
Singapore Grey, Sakhir orange interior. Just driven it back (gingerly as it was never warmer than -1c down here and there are 4 brand new tyres on the car) and it's already covered in road filth and salt.
Going to Bicester Heritage Sunday Scramble tomorrow so will take pics there.
It's absolutely epic. Car looks and drives like new.
Now for warm water, lots of soap suds and sponge time. The car, not me.
BTW, Cotswold BMW - great staff, great purchasing experience. The amount of staff that came out to look at the car this morning as it was driven out of storage was hilarious.

Congratulations even in the grime it looks great, mine has the same interior it's a real nice place to sit
Even when your tyres are bedded in there's not a great deal of traction so take care. I have winter wheels and tyres but haven't got round to putting them on yet, I bought my sons old 2006 Mini Cooper S for the winter days and am really enjoying that too much obviously.
Not sure where in Bucks you are, I'm near High Wycombe so I'll keep an eye out for yours.

So having picked mine up in September as mentioned in the thread earlier, I noticed on washing it the first couple of times, the paintwork was covered in swirl marks.
After lots of googling and reading positive reviews, I took it to Joe at Pristine Detailing in Loughborough on December 21st for paint correction and a ceramic coating. I plan to do the wheels and glass myself in Spring. Joe had the car until Christmas Eve and although he did invite me to go and look at him working, I was unable to do so due to work commitments.
On collecting the car I was astounded at the pristine and shiny finish on the Tiesto Grigio paintwork. Joe explained he had completed a number of passes on the hard paintwork to refine it to its finished state and even pointed out a couple of scratches that were too deep to remove. I personally struggled to see them.
I left armed with a list of products he recommended for washing the car and maintaining the ceramic coating not to mention a huge smile on my face.
Joe recorded a video of his work and has posted it on his YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPZN2antvE4
If you are considering having paint correction and a ceramic coating on your car and are in the Midlands area, please check Joe out. His attention to detail is amazing if not an obsession. Top work from a great guy.
All I need now is some warmer weather so I can coat the glass and wheels.

The problem with having such a good detailing done is that you probably don't want to drive it, particular this time of year with the constant road grime!!

Tiesto Grigio paintwork.
Such a great colour. Quite industrial looking. That was one of the short run of "Ferrari " colours I think. Very unusual. Probably not too many M6 GCs in that colour.

There are two for which the paint code is 'protected'.
