It's cheap because it's a manual. I didn't think BMW could give these away for toffee?

Yet in 10 years time it will be the one in demand, CP with manual.

My bad!
Yes you are right it is 5k and 480.

Id be more tempted because its a manual.......... but the trade on my Exige was not great last month so ill hold onto it for now.

I think they were doing 550 down and 550 per month on a 2016 M4 not too long ago.

I think there'll always be a hardcore who prefer a manual, especially if they're not reliant on the car as a daily driver and don't do too much commuting in traffic on a regular basis. Therefore, I think they'll sell it even if it takes a bit longer than for a DCT!

However, given the more limited appeal I'd be very surprised if the dealer had bought the car in for stock - can only assume it's a cancelled order?

Carwow dealers updated all their offers today on a £65,010 specced M3 build.

They are offering 9.8% off + the 0%APR

Previous discount being quoted was circa 12%. + 2.9%APR.

I happened to be in Edinburgh when I saw this deal advertised, so I went into the dealership and placed a deposit on this car for my folks to replace their current F80 M3; subject to them viewing it and confirmation from BMW UK that the finance figures were correct because Eastern were a little hazy about the validity of their offer given the car had been pre-registered.

Unfortunately, I heard today that the car is no longer available on 0% finance and will need to be financed at 3.9% instead; which bumps the monthly figures up from £480 per month to £580 per month, using the same £5000 deposit as originally advertised. Regardless of whether this is an Eastern or a BMW UK slip up, it's a pretty poor way to go about things. I am still currently in discussion about whether they can do anything to bring the monthly payment back down to the advertised level, however failing that, my deposit will be returned and the car will become available again in the near future.

Well after reading this thread I popped down the Dick Lovett in Bath and bought a new M3 competition pack .
0% finance and I also asked and got ( as I showed them this thread ) 9.6% discount , which was applied to the base car price before options.
I’m putting £15000 down and paying £402.65 a month for 4 years .
It’s an unregistered car but already built and in the UK

I'm going out for a drive in their demo tomorrow with a view to doing the same.

I delt with Mike at Dick Lovett ( he is brilliant ) and I drove the demo also , I was really surprised how much I preferred it to the f10 M5 I had .
Hoping to get the car end of next week .
Good luck tomorrow

What's a good price for an M4 Competition Pack DCT? Best offer I've got on carwow is £57,981, but there are pre-reg cars going for £52k.

You should be able to achieve £9500 off. This was before the new quarters deals so it may now be better or worse

In the end I got £10.5k off an M4 convertible

it's a much more agile and sporty car, I went from an F10 M5 to F80 M3, the M5 is superb at what it does (nothing better than that car to spear down the motorway in) but the M3 does many other things better.

Ahhh - I C.

Depends on what you want from the car then rather than the M5 being a "bad" car per se.

And you`ll get money off a pre reg with some dealers. Mine was up at £52,995 and I got it for £48,350

Sadly, pre-reg prices a good indication to what a new one will be worth as soon as you finish the handover.

Can't recall these dropping that much straightaway recently?
