They’re cheap looking.
E39 chrome shadow at least had some depth and didn’t look like the cheapest powder coat finish you could buy.

And it is non comp pack. BMW release of the comp early in the model cycle is going to hammer residuals of the standard cars. Wait til the deals inevitably start and alll these will take a further hammering as you will be able to get a well-spec’d comp brand new for that price by the end of this year. They’re cheap looking.

Well I just bought it for less than advertised, well pleased with it. Not worried about RV, face that when it comes.JMBMWM5 said:

Congratulations! My point wasn’t so much about RV (we all know these cars depreciate like crazy) more that I would struggle knowing that in a few months I could have a brand new competition model for the same cost. I bought an F10 in 2012 soon after they were released. At least I had that for quite some time before the comp pack was released. Given the F90 comp is already being delivered, I will wait for the improved model (previous M cars have been much sweeter with the comp improvements).

Is it more than just an f10 plus? Performance wise
With the CCB brakes, it feels lighter and quicker to turn, I test drove the M5 without them and for me it felt "Nose heavy", I could feel the weight on fast tight turns, with this one not so, big change. Is it more than just an f10 plus? Performance wise
Performance from standing is much better even than my M6 GC CP.
Just to add with UK typical weather a winner for sure.

At a guess, it’s one they registered without intending to use as a Demonstrator. Whats that.... 200 miles on the clock with carbon ceramics... £25k+ off vs list??

So they will have reclaimed the VAT on the full price, and will now only pay VAT on any profit they make.
