F90 LCI M5 disk problems

Hi all bought my new M5 LCI in October 2020, after 690 miles the front Disks were scoring, rusty wide lines round them, took it in and BMW replaced Disks and Pads, took the car in today for the 1200 RIS and pointed out more rust lines in the middle of the disks, they phoned and said they replaced Disks and Pads again!!!!!, they are keeping the car for further investigation. Has anyone seen this before?, what could cause it?, thanks.

Not sure but my M2 started to do this - only on the rears though. I paid to get them replaced, fair enough as it’s on 30k miles now but would be interested to hear if you get a reason for it.

Well picked it up today, was told I am not driving it enough!! and the Pads are sticking to the disks ( never in my ownership do I not dry the disks/pads with compressed air before putting it in the garage) sso I will be driving it more??
