I didn't think there were any specific dates but it was based on conditions. Might be specific to particular Cantons in CH perhaps?
So its only law in Austria, not Switzerland, my mistake. Lowland CH is cold and wet generally ... somewhere I'd want to be on winter tyres when driving anything. nickfrog said:
I don't get the value of the service plan at that price unless you do loads of miles.
I assume RIS at £350, small at £500 tops, big at £1,000 and perhaps 2 brake fluids at £75. That's £2k. Or have they boosted their service prices accordingly?
That’s what I’m trying to suss out before choosing the option. I assume RIS at £350, small at £500 tops, big at £1,000 and perhaps 2 brake fluids at £75. That's £2k. Or have they boosted their service prices accordingly?

Looks like RIS is £444. small £356, big £800 but then again "check service" at 3y and 5y at £100 a pop and transfer box service at £145 (no idea when due). The brake fluid is £188 each
Add standard scope at £33 (probably 4 times).
Total £2450 or so assuming 1 transfer box service. But then again, the services should get cheaper after 3 years.
The BF is a total piss take and the "check service" is pretty much overlapping the MOT.

Just my take after talking to the three dealership I deal with, I can put an order in now with all of them, no exclusivity in the Cars at all, just an Inflated price tag.
What dealerships would those be?Caddyshack said:
4wd does not really make it go around corners any better than a 2wd, it is good for traction which just means you might arrive at the fateful corner quicker.
Ok, maybe a bit of torque vectoring might help but the contact patch is what holds you on around a corner.
I think a lot of people underestimate how quickly things can go wrong in a 500hp car , xdrive is not a magic wand Ok, maybe a bit of torque vectoring might help but the contact patch is what holds you on around a corner.

Any dealer will take your deposit, when you would receive a car is a different matter.
Yes, I'm not entirely sure of the point that poster is trying to make.Unless you get a cancelled slot or a dealer pre-order it does look like it's going be towards the end of next year if you want one in the UK.
