Ok guys help me out here I appear to be being an idiot.

I'm trying to activate the "secret" menu on my new Z4M Coupe (BTW just sublime so far cloud9 ) to activate the perspective view on sat nav.

I have the key in the ignition turned to step 1. Then on board computer on and into the settings menu and hold down the MENU key for 10 seconds, but no secret screen pops up for me to activate the perspective view.

I have also tried being in nav mode and then holding down the MENU button for 10 seconds and agin, no dice.

Software version is v28 so from reading around the web I should be able to get the perspective view, right?

Apart from that I love the car so far, lovely growl on a light throttle and then on full throttle just incredible hehe I find myself being very restrained at the moment as I get used to a really quite savage delivery, exquisite.

To enable the 3D view on go into set until you can see your software version in the top right hand corner. Hold down the right hand side of the menu button after about 6 seconds a new service menu will appear scroll down and off the screen and click into "perspective" turn on the option for "perspective" then exit

Go into "Map Positioning" it's worded slightly different on different cars but before you would have had 2 view options ... "Pointing North" & "Direction Of Travel" now you will have a third option "Perspective" access this option field via the main Menu - "GPS Navigation" - "Map Positioning" - then change the view to "Perspective"
