Swap a E34 M5 for a 635 Highline???

Afternoon All

Due to an upcomming house move I will be spending about 1hr a day in stop start traffic on my commute to work so I want to change to an auto. Therefore I am considering changing my very smart daily driver 3.6 for a 635 Highline.

Has anyone here had any ownership experiance of a 6 or does anyone know of a nice one for sale. Ideally I would want to sell my E34 for its realistic value of 6.5k and buy the best 635 i could for around the same money.

Apart from Pistonheads, fleebay and the BMW car club are there any other specialist websites for 6 series owners in the UK 'cause i cant find any.

Don't swap the E34.....go and buy on old 7 series or an E39 diesel and enjoy the E34 when the sun is out. You will regret the sale...

I had a 635 and I currently own an E34 M5. I have to say, as great at the 635 was, it doesn't press the same buttons as the M5. I'd keep the M5 and get a cheap(er) runaround.
