I'm taking delivery of an E92 M3 next week, and had a second deposit down since March 07 for the dual clutch version. I'm absolutely smitten by the new Nissan GTR so going to save my pennies for that; if anyone wants to take my place in the queue I'd prefer a Pistonheader got the car instead of [insert stereotype].

It's a £1k holding deposit and fully refundable at this moment. I don't want any premium for it, the dealer is in the East Berks area, and obviously they would need to sign off on it to go ahead. If anyone's interested, drop an email to [e-mail]

Sorry to go a bit off topic but have you looked into putting a deposit on the GTR?

Spoke to my dealer - who also happens to be main UK Nissan importer/distibutor for UK network - recently and they/Nissan aren't taking full orders with deposits until the New Year, just letters of intent at the mo. You can register your interest on Nissans GT-R website and recieve updates etc. if you want. I've lodged my details with my dealer and will get one of their first ones so that'll do me!

Brain fade... I thought you meant E92 M3 GTR for a minute which I haven't heard of!

I've put a deposit down with Middlehurst Nissan, they were the only guys who sold the R34/R33 in the UK I believe.
