We have a M3 as a weekend car and considered swapping it for a Spec C 2006MY with only 2k miles, quite fancy it actually-the guy is an importer who has it and would do a straight swap.

How do you think it would stack up against the E46 M3 in handling braking and acceleration?

Cheers

Is that Litchfield?

Spec C great car, great turbo torque, pretty good handling and rare. M3 better built, better interior, needs thrashing to go anywhere fast, less fun but better overall car.

Head says M3, Heart C Spec.

C spec should be cheaper to buy as less demand

The Spec C is a rocketship, for sheer performance you will not be disappointed, having owned an M3 though you will be accustomed to a higher quality of fit and finish although Subaru's are pretty good. My friend bought a Type 25 from Litchfield and everytime I get in it I'm amazed by the acceleration, he sold his 996 turbo before buying it and is more than happy with the performance.

Also, be very precise in your dealings with Litchfield and don't assume anything! I'm not trying to scare off dealing with him!
