Hi,
I place my final options list at the dealership and they say thet they had almost the same car (E92 M3) in stock in the showroom in another place from the same dealer?
They gave me the list for that car wich is better specced than mine for less money. (1500£ )
I am hesitating because the car is there for months in display (not demonstrator). Just people openng doors and trying I guess
They mention it was one of the first exemple and this raise the question about reliability? Is this making sense or I should just run to take that car and save and get all the free options.....
Otherwise I just wait 3 months for my personnal choice but except for adaptative headlights, aal my choice are in the showroom car...
Decision, decision

i would find out what the warranty situation is with the showroom car before making any decisions, if its lost 3-4 months warranty then it really comes down to what exactly these other options are?

if its unregistered the warranty is unaffected and as it has warranty there's no need to worry. Is the car far away? Go and have a look, see if its marked etc. Secret shopping might get you a better deal on it too

if the car is the same spec and in as new condition then you'd be mad to pay for a new one when one is sitting there alot cheaper, fully specced cars are now on the AUC for 48-52k, meaning a 5-7k saving for simlply not buying new, personally i'd prefer one of these and a holiday in the Maldives for 3 weeks or one of these and pay 7k off my mortgage

As previously said. Go and look at the car.

The only possible problems are hoads of people and there belts/bags/jean studs etc etc around and getting in the car. Also check the mileage, its perfectly possible that they might have wheeled it out of the showroom for the odd test drive on trade plates. Normal delivery mileage should be between 5-25 miles, if its 50 miles or more, its been out for a few drives.

Once a new car has been delivered to the showroom for more than 60 days, the dealer has to pay for it. Beleive me they hate having big money tied up in new car stock, especially when the new SMG is very close to being delivered now, they might see you as one of their last chances to get out of this car before they are stuck with it.

1) Have a close look at the car.
2) Check the mileage.
3) If you are happy with the car, push very hard on the money.

Car is in perfect order, low mileage, in show room since october
I take IT

Just want to remove the //M3 logo on the rear.
Do you think it is a easy job for te dealer without risk of damaging the paint?

yes, very easy, while you're at it- get the front wing M3 decals removed and colour code the remaining bling bits.
