E92 M3 - Colour

Good choice, shows off the exterior details well. Only time will tell as to which colour the 'used' market will prefer further down the line.

You only have to count down the days until delivery now....

I REALLY wanted a white one with the red leather interior but the only one available instantly had total spec and was c £60K - looked fantastic and turns M3 into a real headturner.

Ended up going for Silverstone II blue which looked boring in the showroom but outside in the real world is simply fabulous. Very subtle but interesting, changes colours in different lights, looks very different from standard silver cars you see everywhere. Carbon roof accentuated and sets off the beautiful lines of the car.

Car has really suprised me - a lot better than I thought and you can ignore a lot of the lukewarm press coverage it received. Has real character and is a real hoot to drive fast or slow. Still prefer gearbox, sound and interior on my RS4 but the M3 feels more alive when hustled along and cannot wait to take it to Le Mans in June to stretch its legs...

Colour relatively incidental - its a great car so just go with your instinct.
