For owners of the ND what are your thoughts on this

Had a look underneath mine and it looks similar to the car in that thread. Has anyone questioned their dealer over it or asked them to rectify the lack of traditional underseal? Or am I being unduly pessimistic and that the car doesn't need as much underseal?

Thanks for this. At £30 it's expensive but ordered - nothing but the best! I'll upload a pic of it fitted in a few days if you like?
I got one from MX5Parts but the base of the stubby is smaller than the base on the car. Also the DAB reception was much more hit and miss compared to the original aerial. So whats the MOSS one like?

The american cars have been turning up with rubber bungs for those ovoid access holes - but sitting in a bag in the boot as dealers couldn't work out what they're for. http://www.mazdamenders.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=...

I wonder if the UK dealers are just throwing them away altogether?

Gonna have to try and have a proper look under mine, from what I can see so far there is plenty of grey painted metal which does concern me a bit.I wonder if the UK dealers are just throwing them away altogether?

It's ok, it looks good I think. However I'm still glad I went for the soft top - I can get that thing down in about 2 seconds flat, so I can take advantage of more opportunities to enjoy it.
I'm sure the RF will sell better, and it'll devalue my car, but ultimately, it's a car to enjoy, not an investment.

Fair play to Mazda for trying something different. I'm undecided whether I like it or not, but I do like the colour. BMW did an E46 M3 launch with a very similar colour (chrome shadow I think it was called) but it was never available as an option, was supposed to have cost a five figure sum on the BMW show car!!
Did I read that the hard top can only be operated at speeds up to 6mph? Pfft, the soft top can be operated at motorway speeds from what I have heard (not had the bottle to try it yet myself though)

Excellent. I still haven't seen a single one out on the roads yet.
I've seen about 4 in Brum so far. I'd imagine that each dealer has only received around 25 cars since launch. Jan 2016 built cars will have arrived in EU in the last two weeks, so stocks should improve soon.Gassing Station | Mazda MX5/Roadster/Miata | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
