It seems like my misgivings about it fitting were slightly unfounded, though 'my' auto engineer (my dad) says that the central pipe is perhaps a bit too short irked but other than that it seemed to go on with only a small amount of jiggling.

The sound it kind of raspy with enough sportscar bite but without sounding overly 'chav' which is good. I suppose only an 'active valve' exhaust system would solve that problem entirely but as it stands, the Larini system is pretty special.

It's a bit boomy at low revs (ie. below 1700 rpm) at the moment but the sound when accelerating is great thumbup and as an added bonus, when driving along normally, it's almost impossible to tell it apart from the standard system, which is ace

It looks pretty damn good too. As I've said, I went for the single tip, 3" bore and it looks smart without being overly obvious, which is exactly what I want.

Obviusly, I will have to build the carbon up in it over the next few weeks but so far I have to say I like it. A lot.
