hello mx-5 forum! just picked up a 56 plate 2.0 sport yesterday and although i have a service book i havent got any handbooks -seems the previous owner has lost them....

Does anybody know where there might be any PDF files/scans available on the web?

I think it's probably just that nobody had an answer for you and just replying to say welcome when you've asked a specific question probably isn't considered good manners.

ebay might be a start but , a dealer trip would be more likely for a new idiot gudie , and they will have a record of the sh .

thanks but, as mentioned above, its sorted now -prev owner has found them and theyre in the post....

its a 'sport' so has the uprated dampers (tho there seems to be some debate on whether this is good or bad) but dont think it has the springs? are they the same lowering springs you can get for std models?

do they affect the ride much? (its the wifes car mainly and she already thinks its a firm ride as it is)

Sorry Matt I didn't reply earlier!
The Eibachs lower the car,taking away the "4x4" look,doesn't affect the ride (IMO)hop over to www.mx-5.com plenty more advise there & a helpful bunch!
