Hey kids,

I have done a search, nothing came up.

I am looking to replace my cracked and opaque plastic window with a glass one. On mx5 parts they have a replacement plastic window. This comes with the surrounding hood, the area within the zip. I have had the idea in my head that they had a glass equivalent but just went to order and can't see it.

Do you guys know if such a part exists and where I can get one?

Thanks!

Bit of a trek for you but you can get a mohair from jack smith trimmers in swansea for £250 fitted , and i think £200 if you order it but you have to fit it .

Certainly there used to be conversions but they ONLY fitted the ORIGINAL hood.

Not sure if they are still around as the costs of replacement hoods have come down so much.

Surely the hood mentioned above is with a plastic screen though, £350ish was the price for glass screened hoods IIRC.
