My lad has a '63 TBird - red, it came with colour coded front and rear bumpers which he kept. Its not that big a car, a little longer perhaps but not really that wide or long compared with full size sedans from the period. The only other things he added was a set of aftermarket wheels and front disc's from a '65. Under the hood however is a different matter - headers, sensible cam, MSD distributor, Edelbrock heads and an original early 60's dual quad FoMoCo dual plane inlet and twin 390 cfm Holley's.

I wonder when my garage is finished, should i buy and old yank... I have always liked Thunderbirds.

There's a guy over on the HAMB forum that is struggling to sell this '62 T-Bird listed at only US$7500......

Normally not a big fan of the pro-tourer/low rider look but it looks great on a T-bird!

Its on air-ride.

Car is stock apart from air-ride and rims.
