Fabulous , looks like the scene when Carrie rises from the grave!
I know a guy that has fire damaged 71 shell, could be of use, he also has a full rear quarter not sure which side,
Its looks like a major project, but given the right motivation , and a sensible budget it will rise from the grave permanently
Morning Pete, yes, the rear 1/4 etc is needed. Tried to mail you, but your settings need to be changed to recieve mail. I know a guy that has fire damaged 71 shell, could be of use, he also has a full rear quarter not sure which side,

Aw Thank you , but to be fair modern paint is light years in front of the old school acrylic used back in the day,
ive been doing this for years but still synch my bum when i attack virgin clear coat with a DA sander!! lol
But modern HS clear is so forgiving, it flatters us painters lol
Looking forward to getting the car back on the road ,

As the Challenger is 50 now anyone know if there's any meets/events to celebrate the old girls half century???
Not 100% sure mine will be finished by the summer but im going to do my best to try and have it back on the road by June/July
But currently have a damaged left knee which is making it tough to work ! lol

Yeah i know that, but there aint any 69 Challengers, and Dodge Probably have a 2020 1200 horse Scat Pac Demon Red Eye Daytona !
My 57 T Bird was actually built late 56' but it will never be a 56' !
Yes, but US makers model years always going from Aug/Sept of the previous year to July/Aug the following year, celebrating any anniversary is always nearly a year behind any actual anniversary...!My 57 T Bird was actually built late 56' but it will never be a 56' !
What colour was your '57 Bird?
