Classic car market?

Posssibly in the market for some classic American muscle. If the new car market is quiet,and the used car market is quiet, presumably the classic car market, where cars are more likely to be toys, will also be quiet, if not quieter. So, if this is the case, does one wait in the expectation of prices softening further, or just source the right thing now and bargain hard? Decisions decisions
