Latest acquisition (and last for a while, I think, this was an impulse buy!) - My new Tissot PRC 200.
I've taken 3 links out of the bracelet, but it's still a little loose, anyone know if there's any fine adjustment possible?

After a couple of weeks away being overhauled i finally get to wear it again today.
Seiko 6309-7040 on a Seiko z22 rubber strap. its my birth year watch, which took an age to find (im still a couple of months out though!)
i do have a conundrum though, do i put on a mesh strap or not.....
That looks in nice original condition and would look good on either a mesh or an oyster bracelet.Seiko 6309-7040 on a Seiko z22 rubber strap. its my birth year watch, which took an age to find (im still a couple of months out though!)

It's a wrist, it's a watch. Yep looks about right...Does rather make a mockery of the need to spend thousands on watch, though

A Daewoo Matiz (or equivalent) will get you from A to B perfectly well...
It does highlight that people rarely buy quality watches to tell the time with.
Thanks for the response about comfort, MigX

Very true, although a Matiz will still cost you thousands new, not £20..
Appreciated, but in terms of scale the analogy stands. Why have a Porsche when a Matiz fulfils the primary need of a motor car, which is that of transport.

Have to agree, my 40 miles each way to work and back in a Matiz would destroy all my will to live eventually. Why have a Porsche when a Matiz fulfils the primary need of a motor car, which is that of transport.
But in the Porsche it is an enjoyable journey.
Same with my PO, a joy to wear due to its quality.

I don't know what it is about a bi-metal Rolex... it feels like I shouldn't like them but I just can't help myself...Same old same old for me, Sinn UX EZM2B GSG9, to give it its full title Currently on a Sinn rubber and deployant combo, will most probably revert back to its black Toshi in a couple of weeks or so.
