Close enough?
Pretty close! And yours is an automatic, so clearly superior. biggrin
If only it had a few more jewels and a winder. Don't think I'll be getting a birth year GS First yet though as an SS one is $25k. Gold ones are cheaper at $5.5 to 20k

Congrats. That's nice. Silly question but I don't see a crown? How do you adjust it?

I have a few Seiko watches, with pretty much all of them serving as daily workhorses. I must admit, they don't tend to get taken off for anything, hence they can get a bit battered.

The ion Kinetic is my go-to watch:

I quite like this one:

I've also picked up a few Breil over the years (sort of Seiko), with this being my current favourite (new strap has been ordered!):

No crown as such as it's self-winding. There's a hidden one at 4 o'clock though for setting the time.

The Credor is absolutely insane. It's so understated; very much a case of 'if you know, you know'.

Congrats!

I confess to not ever hearing of Credor. Thread enlightenment

I'd never heard of it before the thread mega-buy either, but I'm now comfortable in my smug superiority that I know all about them whilst most people have no clue.

Part of the in-crowd, donchaknow. wink For once.

Maybe you should buy one too? Really feel the part?!

Yeah, that's the bad news; I've just about convinced myself of that!

I can highly recommend it biggrin

Many many thanks to everyone for their kind comments, I'm completely enamoured with it. Worn it almost every day since, only taking off to wear my recently acquired Peacock.

I think the more you look at them the better they get. The slight matt finish on the dial, the blued hands, the smooth sweeping seconds. The finishing on it is perfect, I must have spent an hour looking at it through a loupe and there are just no flaws anywhere.

It really is an incredible piece mate. I love how they simplified the Credor logo even further for the newer Eichi.

The Pacifique is also a nice alternative chronograph in the sub £2k bracket for those of you new to Credor.

Myself and a few others in the 'incoming' thread ordered the Dawn Grey ltd edition, I went for the Samurai as I'd fancied one for a while, and it turned up this morning.

Sorry, should've said: It's SRPD03K1. And the Turtle version is SRPD01K1

I really like that. Kind of tempted to buy one. They're a limited edition aren't they?

Yep 2018 pieces!

Mines arrived at my parents house, was expecting it to turn up Monday when I’m over that way!

Oh well consoling myself by fitting new hands to my modded monster.

How much are the Samurais? Do you know?
Lovely looking watch there as well!
