Me too, I thought I had enough Seiko's but I'm almost sure I can make room for a grey Samurai. I'm off to NYC in a few weeks so might see how they're priced over there.

I really like that. Kind of tempted to buy one. They're a limited edition aren't they?
Yeah, limited to 2018 - I assume that's 2018 of the Samurai and 2018 of the Turtle? So 4036 'Dawn Grey' watches in total, could be wrong though.. Mine is ~1200 / 2018. Pretty cool to have something numbered like that, I guess.

Jura, where I ordered mine from, are sold out of both versions according to their Instagram, so I'd act fast in finding one if you are interested dude.

I believe it's a Europe-only model mate, don't quote me on that but I think it's what I read on Reddit!

I know a place that has some Samurais at £399. You're correct that they're Europe only.
Would be good if they held value.

The best place to send my Seiko Sportura for repair?

The Chronograph hand is misaligned and not working.

Thanks

If you don't then I can recommend Anglesey watches.

The new dawn great models models will probably have a premium on the grey market, I picked up a black series limited edition turtle earlier on in the year for below retail and could easily sell it for double!

I'll be happy if it just holds its value. Not looking to sell mine at any point, hopefully.

IIRC I bought my first Seiko in 1968 and never looked elsewhere until the mid-90s when I bought another make. I was idly looking at this thread and fell in love with the new Grey Dawn model, but it seems that everywhere I looked on the internet they were all sold out. But going full circle I have found one - the turtle model - from Seiko themselves!

ETA Mine is #70 by the way.

What are peoples recommendations on a bracelet for my skx007.

Ideally want an oyster with the solid end links.

Wheres the best place to purchase from? I'm open to used ones as well if anyone has one they would like to sell?

Thanks

Mines on a super engineer bracelet...I think it really compliments the 007.

Wives are like that....
If I so much as look at a watch it's "Don't you dare get another one"....
I have a lot of "What this old thing? I've had it for ages" watches...
