So £180 later I have to admit it still feels like a bargain, great looking watch and does suit the strap nicely.

Size is just right for me, here it is next to a Citizen I have that is a properly large watch in terms of bulkyness and is a little too large for comfort

Thanks, it's the Presage SARW027 (60th anniversary automatic). Limited edition of 1956 pcs. It looks great in pics and even better in the flesh.

The sapphire crystal gives off a light yellow gold shine in certain light conditions. I prefer it over my GS, Omega and Tudor :-)

Anyone have a SARB33?

Any recommendations for where is best to buy a new one other than Hong Kong or Japan?

Really like these as an everyday watch.

I have one and wish I’d gone for the white/cream 035. I paid £185 for it new when there was a 20% off everything on eBay a few years back. Not sure I’d pay the price they go for now especially as I’ve worn in once and spent more time looking at it.

Nice. I've been thinking of swapping out the metal strap on my MM300 for a stitched brown leather job now we are past summer sweaty weather.

Mine lives on a Crafter Blue. Such a good combo, and makes the watch a lot more wearable for me.

Here's a 1966 chronograph - 5717-8990, the black/grey dial is quite unusual and it's in fantastic condition...

Landed this morning nice daily beater for the garden and garage while tinkering. Not bad for £65 off TZ sales corner

Nice watch. Didn't require the "beater" elaboration, imo.

Why ever not, it’s testament to how good and hard wearing at a great price point these watches are. I am sorry if that offends you.
