I highly doubt you’ll ever want to, but if you do ever want to or need to sell that and it isn’t already promised to someone, give me a shout! It’s a glorious thing.
Cheating a little here as it was only announced today, but I have made sure my name is on one of these thanks to the good folks at GS Knightsbridge.

Ha, if I ever have to liquidate, it will be the last one to go! You can have first refusal if it ever comes to that. Cheating a little here as it was only announced today, but I have made sure my name is on one of these thanks to the good folks at GS Knightsbridge.

That SLGA007 is stunning. I'm a big fan of the series 9 design and I've a got a major hankering for the SLGH007 "Tree Rings", but short of a lottery win, I don't think I'll be getting one any time soon!
Seiko SBP143.
Early one so no extra lume.
On a rubber Scurfa strap at the moment but will be back on the bracelet now the weather's cooling down!
Still very happy with it, so much so it's killed my urge to buy a BB58 as this does the same job of getting that vintage diver style, will probably go back to saving for a Speedmaster again!

A little divergence away from the photos of our Seikos. How accurate are your watches? I have two - a Monster and a Prospex, and the Monster is accurate to about 30 sec per week but the Prospex loses nearer 1.5 minutes per week, and has done since new. Over to you.
+/- 5 seconds... a year...It is the watch I set my automatics by
You know, I have thought about buying a GS, but my problem is old eyes. I can read my Prospex at night without glasses, but I couldn't your lovely GS, and I can't really see me having one and ruining it with big fat luminous hands. Pity really. I'll just have to reset my watch every week I guess, not once a year, if that.

Question on a recent purchase from eBay guys (what could go wrong) it’s August 81’ (birthday watch) It looks all good to me but that doesn’t mean much and looking to get the collective - yea it’s real/fake.
As you can see the date wheel seems to be misaligned and the lume has bled into the dial. Those things are not a massive concern as long as we can confirm there’s a reasonable chance it’s as described.
ALSO! the bracelet is too small (knew this when buying) does anyone have any spare links sat around they wouldn’t mind posting to me if I offer to buy them?
Cheers all

No pic at the moment but was bought Seiko Presage Zen Garden Automatic in June as a birthday present which I wear daily, I'm about to send it back to the retailer as it constantly loses between one and two minutes a day and has done since I got it and it recently lost 5 minutes when I didn't wear it for three days. I mistakenly thought it might need time to bed in as it's a long time since I've had a new watch. Not very happy at all.

I had a similar issue, turned out it had been magnetised. Serviced for free by Seiko and no issues since.Hopefully a simple fix.

The picture below doesn't do it justice but v happy with this Seiko 5 from a 'bang for buck' perspective. The strap is pretty standard but not complaining. V good sizing in terms of a short (circa 45mm) lug to lug and not too much height so works well smart casual/casual.
I also have an itch that won't go away to pull the trigger on either a Sinn 556i or Seiko SPB143....different watches functionally but similar in cost, either I think would work great on my skinny wrist but just can't decide which will be the more versatile long-term...
