I'm wearing mine today, first time in a while, would be interested to hear your thoughts on it. I get a lot of enjoyment from mine but now and again I think that it could do with being a mil or two smaller, not that it's a big watch but more because I think the style suits a smaller diameter.
Interesting; I expect mine will be with me next Tuesday now so will have a wear and snap a couple of shots. Meanwhile... Some 47mm hilarity with the Maranez Bangla! My Offshore Field Engineer has been built and is on a brown leather Hirsch strap with black buckle, with that strap it's the only one like it in the world (quite nice to be able to say).
I did have a bit of an 'am i sure' moment when transferring the money - second most expensive thing i've ever bought!
Arriving Saturday. Excited.

I got this a couple of weeks ago:
Treated myself to this too yesterday:
Bit of a step up from my Jorg Gray and Seiko titanium. This is looking like it might become addictive!
Yeah, in a few months time, you'll be looking at what furniture you REALLY need and telling the other half you could sell all your watches tomorrow if you had to Treated myself to this too yesterday:

Wouldnt worry about it the quality of it is excellent and glad I bought one and ordered another... It will be a hard choice to decide if I wear the planet ocean or the OFE.I did have a bit of an 'am i sure' moment when transferring the money - second most expensive thing i've ever bought!

Just collected this...
1675 GMT Master from 1971. Wanted 1970 for my birth year, but figured this was close enough given it's condition and that it still has Rolex service guarantee until March 2015.
Was worried it might look too small, as I'm used to a larger watch (Bremont MBII) but think it looks OK now I've gotten used to it a bit.

A sensible buy I think with the service papers. Strange thing birth-year Rolex, not sure where the fashion for it came from or why. Then suddenly you get one and it all makes sense, they feel and look so good and it's nice to know you have an appreciating asset for a change!
My 1665 doesn't have a quickset date either, it's slightly annoying but not the end of the world

After many years of Rolex & Breitling, I picked this up on Saturday after 2 hours at Berry's in Leeds - Thank you Simon (and your Dad) for taking so much time and running between shops to find something suitable!

My new self-imposed "one in, one out" rule means I need to sell something. It's going to be a hard decision...
