Thanks thumbup

I first noticed it before it was originally OHPF, when that fell through fate sealed the deal and I'm very much looking forward to taking delivery. The mocha is just lovely and, for me, sits at the smarter end of the scale, I'm hoping that the blue will be towards the casual side.

Edit - unfortunately I've decided to pull out of the purchase. The vendor, a top bloke who I have dealt with in the past, brought to my attention some marks on the case that weren't originally captured in his 'photos, his sales post has been amended and I took him up on his offer to refund.

Win some, lose some. Very good of him to be transparent though, I appreciate that.

What website do you use for secondhand watches? I'm imagining there's a website somewhere selling all this cool stuff and I just don't know about it.

Timezone has some UK activity as does watchprosite.

It's pretty easy to spot the genuine sellers - I've bought multiple Watches over ther years, including international and never had a bad experience. 10 mins researching the seller and if there's any doubt, move on.

Nice to see a lady wearing a proper watch for a change rather than the usual Michael Kors baubel.

They're all great 'photos however that's a cracker, really shows off that dial.

I've never tried a Samurai, or a Sumo for that matter.

Pretty much all of my pre-owned watches come from sellers via tz-uk. TZ wasn't set up primarily for people to buy and sell, it's watch related forum that just happens to have a sales area tacked on.

There are other watch forums / sales platforms with larger sales areas than TZ, it's just the one I use.

Just bought my wife the same watch as an about-to-give-birth present.

Not surprised the Samurai's are sold out Andy, truly gorgeous. None on Creation Watches either.

Been hankering after an SKX for a while (like I NEED one!). But just know I would not wear it much, the Oris Aquis arrives soon EXCITED!!

However the blue Samurai knocks the socks off the SKX. Ha... but I would still want one.

I need help

Cheers Mark

Just do it, it's not much money. I love wearing it. Usually when wearing a shirt I wear something a bit smarter, but I love the SKX. I'd deffo have one to keep that Oris out of harms way for example.

The Samurai is a nice reminder of how nice a watch can get at that price point. I think Seiko nails that all the time, engineering you'd just not expect at that price point.

PS: Be sure to put up pictures of your Aquis when it arrives!
