It'll be my 2nd as well, I bought a BB36 pretty much bang on 2 years ago.

I've never been that sure about the Pelagos until the last 6 months or so, I thought it to be too slab sided and lacking in character. The blue caught my eye when first launched and has been at the back of my mind since, as time has passed I've started to see the positives and the temptation has grown from there.

Fingers crossed it'll be with me tomorrow.
It grew on me too. After having my Black Bay for a while, I grew to love the simple dial. If the Pelagos didn't have a date function, it would be perfect, but its not a deal breaker. My grail watch is a Rolex Smurf, so I see this has my 'budget' version, but I know I'll love it when it arrives.

Even if you'd sell both, you'd probably still come short hehe

They are crowns I think rather than pushers; though fairly substantial I agree.

It arrived on Thursday and I couldn't be happier. Very nice looking thing in person, the blue of the dial is very deep and pictures don't really pick it up, equally the blue of the ceramic is much less plastic looking than in pictures.

The finishing looks good to my unsophisticated eyes, and on the wrist it isn't anywhere near as vulgar / chintzy looking as it seems in website pictures.

Some attempts at nice photos (taken with my phone and the assistance of a loupe for the detail shot)

EDIT:

Bit of a punt with the flash to try and illustrate the blue sunburst dial, unfortunately everything is so shiny that the flash overwhelms the subtlety of the dial, the blueness is much more prominent when you're looking at it, it's a lovely deep colour and appears to blend quite seamlessly with the bezel, an effect the harshness of the flash somewhat ruins hehe

This arrived unexpectedly in the post (the joys of KickStarter) a few days ago. It's a Hamtun Kraken H2 41mm titanium 200m dive watch, Seiko NH35, sapphire glass, decent lume. It's very light and a weird warm metal finish - what do you think? Can't upload an image but here's the manufacturers link https://hamtun.co/products/kraken-h2-black

Dial kind has a SK007 look to it, I think.

I like it, I'll be interested to see some actual pics of it.

Me too, have never really been that keen on the flake either, prefer the Mt Iwate dial.

I really wanted the SBGA129, but they are impossible to find and if you do they go for stupid money. There are some other colour variations that are lovely too eg SBGA399
