Very nice, any chance of seeing you wearing it with the supplied bimetal bracelet?

The bracelet has gone into the safe now, unworn except for in the shop, who removed it for me after adjusting to my size. Too dressy for me, and very attention grabbing. I am not a fan of the polished centre link Oyster, especially when those polished links are gold. This watch works better (for me, I know many disagree!) dressed down on leather.

I have just ordered a curved end dark brown matt leather strap for it, for a more '70s look.

Removing the bracelet was a good call I'd say.

I want to see it on the brown, but I got the feeling I prefer it on the black one. Maybe even a good black rubber one.

Very nice Mr Flashman,

A significantly cheaper bit of 70's vibe for my incoming

I wanted a Timex Snoopy... comments in one of these threads were not overly supportive frown

It actually never arrived, so they refunded me and the model I wanted never seemed to come back into stock!

On sleazy quilted leather today. I do not like, despite the greasy 70s p0rn star vibe, which should obviously be brilliant.

Also Rolexes chew up straps due to the lettering in the case between the lugs. Needs a curved-ended fitted strap.

Nice and sleazy does it, every time!

The lugs just aren’t designed to go with straps I feel, way too chunky when you see them without the end links.

I do like a combination of more common features. A timing bezel chronograph GMT, really neat combination if it's done well (as this is).

Where are you getting your straps from? Thanks.

That’s a shame! I remember having a Snoopy watch when I was a kid, and when I saw this yesterday everything about it spoke to me. Hopefully this one will arrive.
