Picking this up on Tuesday.

Excited is an understatement.

Have wanted one since the 7 days was launched in its original form. Only now getting around to it.

That's one of the most aesthetically successful power reserve indicators I've seen.

Congratulations - timeless classic.

Quite a good start to your watch year so far!

Thank you

It was a good end to 2023 with the Glashutte and a great start to 2024 with the IWC!

Two watches within 4 months is not bad going I guess.
Have to thank my lucky stars/the big man upstairs to be able to do it.

Hopefully on for an Aquanaut by end of the year. Something to aim for...
But that's another story/mission to acomplish.

My new dress watch has just arrived. Need to order some new straps as I won’t wear it on black. Thinking green and a purple! Probably not a good idea for a traditionalist, but will keep it fun and more casual.

Then here it is with both my father and grandfathers daily watches, alongside my daily wear. Need to find my great grandfathers pocket watch too to sit four generations in a row!

Saw this last year on release and always wanted a JLC reverso. Such a elegant piece, phenomenal quality and detail, love it!

Just got back form picking it up.

Happy is an understatement. Like my Glashutte, this watch is 20 years of want that has become real today.

Very happy with it.

Definitely a pinch myself moment.

(couldn't be arsed to match times on them)

Have wanted a Panerai for years but current budget doesn't allow such frivolous spending laugh so I sought out an 'homage', and found the one by Baltany, ordered from their UK site. Unfortunately received an email to say that the black dial (and 'tobacco' / sunset)has been discontinued, and only the green is left in stock, so went for that. I did fancy a green dial watch too, so I guess it's 'two birds...'
