Wrapped up, ready for my birthday in November.

It’s odd how whenever I buy my own presents I end up getting exactly what I want.

H. Samuel Oxford Street - they price matched an expired internet offer. £336, down from £449.

These Lunar Pilots are seriously lovely things for anyone looking for a Chronograph at sensible money.
Nice! I'm wearing mine today.

Very nice indeed.

Arrived in the post this morning.......

It doesn't wear as big as it looks in the photo.

It's a Reverso Tribute Moon. I'm not sure what size the Grandes are, but this one is 49.7 x 29.9mm. As I said it wears a lot smaller than the size would suggest as it sits flat on the back of my wrist. There's no twisting off to the 12 o'clock side which is normally what happens when I wear a watch that's long lug to lug.

I've had a fair number of JLC's over the years (and I chopped in a Master Ultra Thin for this), but this is the first Reverso. I'm a convert smile

Bottle of fine red and a good feed led me to this.
Got a great deal I think with 15% discount. I'm hoping it is as good as it looks (to me anyway)

Similar size I think, fabulous thing and you have the other dial on the reverse side, two watches in one.

Hi, been a long time lurcker in the watch section and it's always struck me as a much friendlier and helpful section than some, even if it is a bad influence for the wallet hehe
So here's my contribution, sorry about the pic quality, best wishes to all here thumbup

Thanks! My two limited editionsbiggrin Really pleased with the Tissot, seems very accurate and quite comfortable after my wife noticed I hadn't taken all the plastic bits off the back of the deployment clasplaugh

My current collection (need to replace the pulsar on the left with the knackered strap as it seems to have stopped again despite a recent battery change) :

Thanks, I'm happy with the Bremonts, I bought the Solo first and quite liked the relatively simple look of it. The S501 came soon after as the Tag I had at the time was playing up and the AD gave me pretty much it's whole value back (after two years of ownership) against it. The build quality seems very good and with the fabric strap I put on the S501 I'm more confident that it can take a few knocks so wear that most of the time for work. Was there anything specific you wanted to know, I'll try to answer if I can but I'm certainly no expert?
