Want a new strap for my omega AT
Discussion
Had my AT for what must be 8 or 9 years now. Maybe more...
(Steel bracelet, white face, blue hands and markings exactly like this one: http://bit.ly/18VsDBL)
I'd like to get a rubber strap for it.
Exactly like this one.

Is this possible? How do I go about doing it?

Assuming your strap is 20mm and not 22mm, then there's one on eBay for £245, unused inc clasp.
There's a strap only alternative for £145, and you can buy 18mm clone clasps for £20-25.
There's other non-OEM blue rubbers straps and clone clasp for £40 ish, from the US – so a bit of delay on receiving it.
Try watch obsession.co.uk and see if Gary has anything suitable from Hirsch.

A mate of mine has the same watch and put his on a blue and white NATO strap. Think he bought a pack of them on eBay for about £25 and as much as I was against liking it, it looks pretty smart! He wears his moon watch on a NATO quite a lot aswell.
Much better look than a rubber strap on a AT

How would I know if it is 20mm?There's a strap only alternative for £145, and you can buy 18mm clone clasps for £20-25.

I mean I have measured it and I am 90% sure it is 20mm but with such small tolerance it could easily be 22mm if I am measuring from the wrong point?
Will the PO type straps definitely fit an AT or is that just something for the Omega shop to advise on?
As far as could see Watch Obsession had no blue rubber that do have it in leather though.
I have ordered myself a rubber lookalike from USA for my Seamaster Pro only want it when I go on hols just to change the watch a little, also can still wear it in the pool or the sea
