Rolex BLNR "Batman" - buy at premium?

Nope, only white gold. If they did make a steel pepsi the waiting list would be mahusive. It's the watch everybody wants but can't have.
Do Rolex do ceramic bezel exchanges for the GMT as they do for the older models? - does the pepsi bezel on the white gold version have any white gold content? - if not surely it would be swap job like the old models?WelshChris said:

Hi guys, just wondering what batman availability is like in general? I put my name down yesterday in Cardiff on a waiting list and amazingly had a call today to pick it up.
Grey prices have been slowly creeping up to north of £8k, so if you did get one after only one day then you have been very lucky, or as it's your 1st post, I call custard...kmpowell said:

I spoke to my AD at 9am on Wednesday morning about an SD43. Didn’t say I definitely wanted one, just asked about wait times. I had a call just before 5pm the same day to say one had arrived, and it was mine if I wanted it. Naturally, I couldn’t resist. I would call custard on that post too, but a lot of ADs had some pretty big deliveries on Wednesday and Thursday this week, so he probably isn’t lying.

What’s the “Batman” name about then?
I was fortunate to get one of the very first of these out after buying one (drunk) in a charity auction. It was worn every day until I got my ceramic Daytona a couple of months back.
You have similar taste in watches to me then - i'm looking at a ceramic daytona next (white dial)I was fortunate to get one of the very first of these out after buying one (drunk) in a charity auction. It was worn every day until I got my ceramic Daytona a couple of months back.
I picked mine up today after probably a 12 month wait. They said they only had the one delivered this week. They'll keep the warranty card for 12 months in an attempt to prevent flippers which is fine with me as I'm planning to keep for the long term. I suspect prices will rise soon but as other posters have said, nobody knows when.
Watchfinder now asking £8150 for used 2013/2014/2015 watches, £8450 for used 2016/2017, and £8750 for new unworn!
12 months ago they were grey at £7k-£7250, so I can see these continuing to only go one way.
I still love mine, and have no wish to sell it, but it's made me think about how many times and when I wear it etc.
