By the time the second hand reached the top, the minute hand would have been past 12. Which renders the watch essentially useless I'm afraid.

Hadn't actually noticed until looking at the pic but now rectified by fine adjustment - stop second hand at the 12 and wind minute hand to spot-on. thumbup

That looks pretty hefty. Is it some version of the Monster with additional bezel protector? Quite smart though.

First contribution to wrist check. Currently waiting on a fifty five fathoms dial to convert this.

This week I've been mostly saving my new watch and giving this a good battering on the beach and in the surf on holiday cool :

I've had it about 2 years now, it's totally robust and the software has never crapped-out on me once. It gets treated like a bit of old running kit rather than a "proper" watch but it's actually proved really comfy to wear this week, although the size of the GPS chip makes it a bit big for general wear.

GMT Master 2. Had it for about 4 years now and has never let me down. Better than my Omega sea master chrono it replaced.

That's the one, model number SRP637, known as the 'baby' tuna, it is a hefty watch at 47.5mm, but seems to wear smaller
