Worth the wait if you love green as much as I do!
Funny you should say, I’m in talks with a well known pre-owned watch specialist who has offered to take my no date off my hands (or wrist?) and sell me an unworn green sub...
Wait, you're going to trade in a non-date sub for a Hulk?
Not a straight swap, cash going their way predictably. Or at least it was, until the company in question has decided to sell the 2 unworn hulks I was trying to buy either of...

This week’s wearer.

One of the least valuable I own but a firm favourite.

My point was you were going to trade quite a nice watch for a rather gauche one. They've helped you out by selling them.

The world would be a boring place if we all liked the same thing.

LFC, that must be a quite the humidor and stash!
Lucky dip really..... you never know what's in it! smile

It does contain Siglio VI and Magnum 50's, among other treats.

Glad you picked up the watch, photo please.

Thanks. It's nicer than I remember, let down by the logo at 12.

The textured dial is very nice.

Have checked the latest retail price though - can't see them selling many at 3.5K.

I got this from Sales Corner before the changes - must be 7/8 years ago.

What does the "flat six" refer to?
Or is it just a reference to the engine type in some porsches?

play on words with the design of the engine and the "6" on the dial, presumably.
