Standalone I agree, in a brochure I'd go 5726.
But on my wrist the 5712 just is brilliant, the slim design really works for me.
I've put it on the composite / waterproof strap and think it's a wonderful sports watch! Great partner for my 5205 I think.
Oh it was actually my local AD - Franses in Bournemouth. A very nice family company.
