Ta, it's only a marks and sparks jobby but I do like that textured weave.

Just received today, love it! The watch looks much better in person as the dial, sundials and diamonds really sparkle. I tried to capture it in the pictures but it doesn't really show, but a few pics anyway.

Err... snap... (nearly, bit more bling on this one than yours)

Boss's daughters watch, which got dropped...

Had my SARB033 for a week or three now and it's justified its GS "lite" tag.

I hope not. If ever I saw a watch that should be put in a safe and left there, that's it.

Ah, but it matches mummies watch so needs doing.
I know a guy who does a lot of work for the high end jewellers up here so will drop it off with him sometime next week. He did the same for my dads Explorer II when he also dropped it and smashed the crystal.

I really like this 5712G but don't know if I should go for it or wait for a 5726 on strap instead.

And a wrist pic for the thread!

Wait for the 5726. The symmetrical dial feels so much more balanced, I know many disagree but that looks cluttered to me.

Looks like Wempe from the carpets?

Standalone I agree, in a brochure I'd go 5726.

But on my wrist the 5712 just is brilliant, the slim design really works for me.

I've put it on the composite / waterproof strap and think it's a wonderful sports watch! Great partner for my 5205 I think.

Oh it was actually my local AD - Franses in Bournemouth. A very nice family company.
