Not dealt with them online, but they have a good stock and a spread of physical shops across London (Westfield, C Wharf, Bank etc.)
A colleague traded in a couple of Panerai watches with them and was happy with the deal.
My issue with them is their pricing - they seem to be around 10% more expensive than independent watch shops (even the ones in Mayfair!). They weren't willing to move on price.
Look at the green Rolex sub (ceramic) as a example, theirs is on for GBP7,450, if you look on chrono 24 you will see other shops selling the same watch, same year (or newer) for 6500-7000. They also have the older green model (non ceramic) for 16k!
