I need for professional reasons a watch that has a main face and then a second small watch on the strap side half way between main face and buckle so I can monitor time while my arm is in the working position.
I may be imagining it but have seen this somewhere before. Thanks

Probably a Breitling with a UTC module. Available on several models I think.

Thanks my friends, is their any other known option other than Breitling? I've sunk a fortune into watches including a day date, seamaster bond, seamaster bond chrono, airking and don't fancy another super dear watch.

I'm not aware of anything other than the Breitling with both.

A watch that can be read from the side of the wrist is known as a drivers watch. There are a few cheap LED ones on ebay, a vintage LED Bulova will set you back a couple of hundred.

Then there are some mechanical options, I have seen jump hour drivers, but they seem rare. You might get away with a vintage Omax Spaceman.
Yes. I know you said you wanted something cheaper than the Breitling, but since we're on the subject of drivers, have a google for the Flying Panda.

There might be some options on this thread from last year:

Unfortunately some images have succumbed to entropy.
