I've looked into it recently. Seems you can buy them from any Tag shop (mine was mail order) but can only upgrade in person at a Tag Boutique. As far as i can tell there are only 3 in UK and none near me

So I finally swapped my connected. They did give a choice of 3 watches and I ended up going for the most expensive of those offered. Wasn't planning on keeping it, but in the flesh it's rather nice! I slightly regret missing out on an earlier deal which was the tradein, plus $2k and they gave you the later version connected. In reality I should have kept the watch and just bought the same watch from a discount site...
