I think my Seamaster needs a service. I've had it since 2012, and it's not keeping great time, stops very quickly when not worn (literally overnight) and if I wind it manually, the crown feels a bit "graunchy".

Any recommendations on where to get it serviced? Obviously I want it to go to someone who knows their stuff, but I want to pay reasonable money and have it back ASAP.

Thanks

Just had my Omega Seamaster fettled with by Joe at Anglesey Watches. Top service, had it about 3 weeks due to him being busy. Came back keeping good time and looked much more refreshed.

Would definitely recommend.

Thanks again guys. I sent my Seamaster to Joe at Anglesey Watches and Clocks...turned out it was quite poorly with a few damaged wheels inside. I've got it back this morning looking and running great. Joe included the parts he'd changed in the parcel and to be honest I have no idea how skilled watch people do their thing...some of the bits are TINY. And he even fabricated one of the teeny parts (spindle/post thing) as it's not available as a separate part from Omega. He's also changed the glass to get rid of a small, but annoying scratch I put into it which is great.

Absolutely loving the watch again this morning...I've had it for a few years so got a bit blase with it, but seeing the size of some of the teeny parts inside it and having one guy bring it back to life again really reinforces what an amazing bit of engineering/craftsmanship it is. And yes, I was missing it when it was away!

Great service Joe, highly recommended!
