Anyone used them as of late, explicitly their customer service? It appears they only use mail/helpdesk style contact now if you need to get hold of them.

My book arrived today, didn't have the front cover picture/txt/spine, first picture was missing and the last picture was wrong. Checked the preview and everything is showing correct how I ordered it but its nothing like how it arrived.

Have a feeling CS is in the US and being Thanksgiving Weekend I am unlikely to get a reply. Hugely disappointed as have used them before and they were very good.

Nothing stays the same. A friend of mine happily used Photobox but now it's apparently changed for the worse. That's why I can't be bothered to learn tech; by the time you've mastered it it will be useless.
