Met and bought today, happy all was good checked the serial as well as all the paperwork from watchfinder, very nice watch but I may change the bracelet to a leather one, feels a lot lighter on than my Tag Carrera calibre 16, which is quite a heavy watch..

I sold my 16610 about 4 months ago on another forum, it was a 1992 model complete with everything (original box with sticker on, papers, couple of old service receipts etc etc) not just box/papers and original, the bezel was perhaps changed but probably in the 90's so still looked original.
Ended up selling for £4800 and I had it service about 2 months prior to that from an experienced and well renowned company.
It was advertised at £5000 for a couple of weeks until I took £4800 so a 16610 with just a box (not even original) at £4000 I would say is reasonable but keep a look out as for a bit more you will get a better deal/watch which will hold its value all day long.

Great watch. Not to dump on someone thread but I have a 1997 watch which has been serviced by Rolex and not been worn since. Comes with box and papers. Had the dark bezel replaced as it had a slight mark so as new watch. WHat price you guys think I could get for it? Wedding coming up so need the funds. And not a member on any watch forum so unable to sell it there.
