Bit of googling.
Eaglemoss are a magazine subscription outfit.

https://shop.eaglemoss.com/military-watches?gclid=...

This seller has probably got all the old stock.
There are loads of people selling them unused

I’ve had three eaglemoss, wear a couple of them as work watches and they reliable and pretty accurate. SBS Rolex style pity bezel doesn’t move but for 99p plus post...

Straps are crap.

My strap delivery has arrived and I’m quite pleased with the colour combinations. With my girly wrists the NATO’s are a little on the long side but that’s easily sorted.

The results of the splurge I mentioned a few weeks back.

The one at the back is a converted Molnija Russian handwound pocket watch. The pocket watch movement, hands and dial was probably made in the 70s/80s, but were recently fitted into a new case.

The Elgin is a 1960s Swiss watch from the USA.

The Timex is a Japanese market model and is a new quartz watch, but designed to look like an original Ingersoll/Timex WW1 trench watch.

That's it now. No more watches for me, at least not this year. Luckily all three were well under the thread budget. Just need to figure out how to choose one to wear now...

I got it from this seller on ebay. I had to pay £27 worth of import VAT and handling costs on top of that frown

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TIMEX-Watch-Men-Midget-...

I see a cheaper seller has popped up:

And a white dial version here:

Exactly! You could probably purchase most of their collection and still not exceed thread budget.

You can barely get a burger king for lunch for a tenner!

So a cheese sandwich from home for tommorows lunch it is then!

You Sir, have a lot to answer for! I spent a good hour going through evilbay looking at cheap automatics.

Its a Fossil ME3021, probably just short of 10 years old but i loved the skeleton and with the bright blue hands

I broke the strap ages ago and the pins were impossible to replace so it sat in a drawer, this thread made me dig it back out to just fit a new strap.

Its not the most accurate, admittedly I've only done 1 measurement but its reporting +13s

sorry, office lighting..

Well my Curren watch has arrived, it's a triumph of quality, engineering, style and design!!! yes

No, no it's really not!!! nono
What it is though is HUGE , and plastic, and cheap!!!

The case is "metal", the strap is "leather", the glass is glass at least, but to be fair I like the design and the look of it, will it last more than a week? Who knows!!! At £14.99 who cares!!!!
