Now now chaps, I don't want this to descend into the usual PH rubbish, it's for people to show case what they like/wear/can afford, It's one thing to say you don't like the watch but that's where it stops please.

SKX009 or SRPA21?

The latter is probably my next purchase.
The SKX is better value but I've already got an SKX007 smile

I really have to stop this. A 6319-5030 from 1975 for the grand total of £56. It's got a nice purple flash across the dial because of the faceted crystal.

That is in fabulous condition, and rather lovely to boot, eBay?

Thanks Bob! Yup, ebay and gin are a powerful combination. I'm going to have to uninstall it (ebay, not gin).

A 1950's Cyma Automatic - which was actually my Grandad's. A quick eBay scan shows it to be worth around £200.00. I wear it most days!

My Dad brought me that one back from BAs onboard shopping many years ago! I keep meaning to replace the strap with something that isn’t rubber as I don’t like the feel of it underneath a shirt but haven’t got round to it.

Also unfortunately the bottom pusher/button has come out, not sure how easy or cost effective a repair that would be

Unfortunately repair will be very expensive, if you can repair yourself it will be a lot cheaper, I quite like the rubber strap, but it's the only watch I have with that style of strap.

yes I'm on my second one, first one was "purchased" using points from work, it died but I thought the battery had run out so took it to have a new battery fitted which is how I found out it had died, they wanted £55 for a new movement, found a new one on Amazon for £45 so bought that instead!!
