Not seen any of the Invicta stuff in the flesh, there are a lot of very nice watches out there in the thread budget, H.Samuel have some really good offers, I saw a very nice Bulova well within budget and as already pointed out the Acurist too!!!!
Bulova are decent watches. I have three and am very happy with all of them.
One is an automatic and the other 2 are precisionists. The sweep of the second hand on a non-chrono precisionist is uncanny in its smoothness. My favourite Bulova (outside the budget for this thread) is the Lunar Pilot.
Sounds like you have a nice selection there, I did look at a Precisionist before I bought my Citizen but it was well out of budget, I LOVE my Bulova Adventurer, it keeps pretty much perfect time!!!
Another positive Bulova user here, I love my Lunar Pilot and th quality seems spot on.

I have just received a 37mm Invicta Pro Diver Sub Homage and I am very impressed. Having worn Seiko's for a few years, I thought I would order one as could stomach buying a genuine sub.

Couple of quick pics, I do have very very thin wrists but the Invicta fits really well, without much adjustment needed on the bracelet

Next to my seiko 5 that is now my work watch

Edit to add, the watch was £80 delivered

Just asked a neighbour of mine if he was wearing a Daytona, turned out to be an Invicta, he has a fair few and really likes them.

On closer inspection it was a bloody nice watch.

Another Bulova picked up from auction for £20 + VAT.

Its a 98B104 men's marine star chronograph.

This is also inbound shortly, Casio GW-9400-1ER. Via the Casio outlet store, so in budget. Its utterly ridiculous, and I love it.

That marine star is fantastic, how the hell did you get that so cheap?!?!? The Casio on the other hand is, um, different, what exactly does it do???

Oops. Ebay, €183. It’s a Tissot PRC 200 chronograph.

Just lucky I guess with the Bulova, right place, right time, nobody else wanted it. My FiL picked up another Bulova for £25 too.

The Casio doesn't do anything I need, but its so stupid, I wanted it smile

Invicta seem to have two lines:
  1. Ridiculously oversized watches that are... an acquired taste that I haven't yet acquired
  2. Blatant sub copies
I actually like the latter, they are very good quality ime.
Me too. In fact I now have two Invicta's. One automatic and one quartz.

I just went through 15 pages and did not find a single post for krug baumen, the petrol station forecourt special. I'm disappointed

Well if you have one please feel free to post a picture, we don't ridicule people for ANY watch they own, as the tile says it's the under £200 watch thread, I personally would love to see some Micky Mouse watches and maybe some old school Casio's, the ones with a calculator!! yes

Swatch Sistem51 Irony Automatic. c£86 taking advantage of the GBP-Lira exchange rate - £132 at home. The first automatic movement to ever be made entirely by machines.

I quite like the front too but it seems it scratches awfully easy!

frown that's a shame, one of the reasons I turned down Mrs Bobbers buying me an expensive watch, I'm not precious about my watches, they are there to be worn, but a £2500 watch getting scratched would have me sobbing like a slapped kid!!!

Online reviews of the Tissot are a mixed bag, let's hope [cue Daft Punk] I 'get lucky'.

The movement is non-servicable, if it breaks then it becomes an ineffective paperweight...

I also have Rover&Lakes automatic on its way. Will report back! Should be ok for €25,99 shipped....
