He's got nothing for sale at the moment, his shop's empty!

I'm probably being a biff, but it's showing empty for me. I had to order somewhere else.

If anyone has a hankering for a Steeldive watch, but doesn’t want to order from China, then there’s a guy in Wales selling on eBay who has a decent selection.

nh35.watches

(No connection with the seller BTW)

Now, very slightly over budget (£40) but I don’t think we’ve had an automatic Christopher Ward watch on this thread!

ETA 2824 or Selita s-200 movement in these.

Sales picture, will post better ones when it arrives. It’s a 38mm so on the small size.

I don’t think it’s the original bracelet but it looks ok. Box papers and a Bond NATO strap too.

Here's the curiosity I bought, a Timex made Eurostar Staff Watch. Hasn't arrived so have a pic from the advert.

Looks very clean and in great condition, what made you buy that then?

Nice, not keen on the bracelet but that will look great on the nato.

I’m actually pretty pleased about the bracelet - I loves me an ‘engineer’ watch band.

Anyway, more photos when it arrives and has been cleaned and Cape Codded.

Now that's something else i've been reading up on, cape cod cloths, do you mask the glass off on your watches when you use one? And what do you use to clean your watches?
Edited as i realised i'd put crystal and not glass, cos i'm thick!!

I love that bracelet.

Why did I buy it? I like watches and I like trains, seems a mix of both. And under 20 quid if I get bored it'll move itself on for more.

On the contrary Bobbers, a watch has a crystal no matter what it is made of.

PS Love the bracelet on that CW really suits it to my mind.tongue out

So come on then you lot, what do you use to clean and polish your watches? I've found a watch cleaning kit on Ebay for £39.90, but I've heard several people mention the cape cod cloths too!!

I just use a regular lens cloth, as I do for my cameras. Then a cotton bud for any extra bits of crap in and around the straps....etc smile

I’ve had a watch just like that from new (present from my wife) and it came on Bond NATO... that might explain your strap/bracelet situation.

I’ve had mine for 6 or 7 years now and it’s been a good watch, though not worn daily.

Hope you enjoy yours
