Someone’s gotta do it. Or rather, used to do it; not much happening in the world of culture and performing arts at the moment.

CdeG that is both bloody lovely and absolutely fascinating, never heard of them before, some very interesting design cues in there, are you going to get one?

My Steeldive has arrived already and I'm VERY impressed with it, lovely weight and feel to it, smooth second hand movement, the design on the case back is great, and it came with a link removal tool and spring bars and spring bar tool for the Steeldive rubber strap!!!!
Ah, a Steeldive with a blue dial....

Completely unrelated, I got paid today and may have bought something...

As I say, completely unrelated. scratchchin

After seeing yet another nice Steel Dive I’m now trying to see what kind of vouchers I can use for boring domestic stuff i.e. food shopping and effectively convert them into cash money...

Thanks Hrimfaxi, i decided on the blue after Mrs Bobbers expressed a preference for the blue over the black face, and i must admit it is rather nice!!!

Me too! Too many favourites to list really. There is so much bloody awesome music out there. Role wise, again, I‘m fortunate enough to sing the bigger roles so it’s just a ridiculously fun job.

Based in Frankfurt mate, hence my frequent references to eBay.de!

I’m nominally a bass baritone but sing all sorts of stuff. Range low D -> high G.

Apologies all for the (latest) thread drift from me tonight! Watch post incoming however, which will be worth waiting for!

Details to follow but there are 3 automatics in there as well as approx. 7 quartz watches.

One of the autos is a Hanowa dive watch with box and papers.

Total cost?

€28 including postage.

Okay, I'll own up to also being a sucker for a blue face. 75% of mine are blue faces (not including work watches)

It does look good. Here is a photo from one of the German watch forums of a black faced one. Mine is blue.

„Swiss made“ Automatik-Werk, apparently the movement is based on a Technosablier SSDD 3, 21 jewels

(Rohwerk Seagull ST16: Basis Miyota 8200 mit automatischem Aufzug nach Seiko) whatever that means.

In the office today so just wearing my cheapy Citizen watch - was the first gift my wife gave me when we first started seeing each other, so although it's not expensive it still holds some sentimental value for me.
