I'm on a few Facebook groups with Kyle who runs Stratton and also signum, he's a great guy and is bring a lot of great watches to market.

I've also never heard anyone have anything bad to say about his watches either.

On another note my AliExpress purchase arrived today and well I think it's fantastic!

Its an addiesdive homage of a Halios Puck but personally I think there is also a fair bit of Oris aquis in there too.

I'll get the bracelet sized tomorrow but I'm already very impressed with it.

Waking up to a very grey drizzly morning on the last day of our few days away in east Yorkshire we went to Scarborough for a mooch.
All fairly uneventful except I went on a bus (park & ride) for second or third time this century. During this few days I've also decided that all the Polish and eastern european waiters/esses should be tempted back with massive pay rises as the locals just don't seem to be up to it. Anyway I digress.
Window shopping as you do I saw winking at me from a display case this.

Reduced to £89.99. Well pleased, it's my first ecodrive and first titanium watch.
I've been looking for an explorer style timepiece so pulled the trigger (shoot me now). Shame the strap is a bit rattly but I'm sure it is solid link even if it's an integrated end link.
Off topic, but you're bang on about serving staff, as restaurants re-open I think we're remembering why we loved polite friendly efficient EU waiters!

Bargain! I would buy one of these but I think they are too big for my skinny wrists.

I got one before they sold out. I’ll see how enormous it is in a few days time.

If I wasn't broke from spending money on my car, and my lovely wife hadn't bought me that Bullhead, I'd be sorely tempted by either the blue or green version of that Casioak!!!!

I didn't realise Straton and Signum were run by the same guy. The Signum stuff is really nice as well. I blame JOMW, if I had never seen that Straton Speciale in the brown/cream combination I wouldn't have been looking for their watches! I am clearly trying to man maths my way into justifying that watch, but it is tricky!

That addiesdive is lovely! I looked at those on AliExpress during the sale, just too many to chose from. My Zelos is due to arrive today as well.

Kyle keeps them as two seperate brands as they have different identities, the recent signum models have had some really cool dial options, i'm tempted by the titanium version that is due out soon.

Which Zelos have have you gone for?

Received today and not too big IMHO. It’s a big watch but lug to lug is only just over 50mm so no wrist overhang. Decent value at £200 with the extra straps but it would be nice to see a milled rather than stamped clasp considering the RRP. That’s the only complaint though.

Nice! It looks way better on your real photo than the stock website one as well.

My wrists are about 6.5" and flat on top so I'd be pushing it. laugh

The Hammerhead v3, blue meteorite dial - https://zeloswatches.com/collections/hammerhead-3-... Ordered before they raised the prices though.

There are just too many nice watches around! Those G-Shocks above are very tempting, especially the coming metal bezel ones. Will be interesting to see the cost comparison of them next to the GA-2100 with the metal "upgrades" from AliExpress -

I went with the emerald hammerhead on launch day and I've also got a 42mm blue swordfish.

I really don't like the AliExpress metal casioak kits but I'm really tempted by the green official one provided by the cost is reasonable.

Right now I've got a thing for green watches!

I absolutely don’t need this watch but absolutely want one.
That’s even nicer than the Casioak.
